These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "Cleaner Solu" mobile application ("App") operated by Galactic Solutions LLC, Seattle, Washington, United States.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for lawful personal purposes only. The App helps you analyze and organize content on your iPhone, including photos, videos, contacts, and storage usage.
You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deleting or modifying them. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App.
2. No Registration Required
The App does not require you to create an account or register. All core cleanup functionality operates directly on your device without sign-in.
3. Permissions and Device Access
To function properly, the App may request access to photos, videos, contacts, and device storage. You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are not granted.
Cleanup analysis is performed locally on your device. Your photos, videos, and contacts are not uploaded to our servers for processing.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trial
The App offers:
- A free limited version
- Paid subscription plans
- A free trial period
A free trial may be offered where payment details are required through the App Store. No charges will be made during the trial period unless stated otherwise at the time of sign-up.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Trial duration and pricing are defined by App Store policies and may vary.
5. Billing and Payments
- Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- We do not control billing cycles, pricing changes, or refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the App
- Use the App in a way that violates the rights of others
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, and branding, belong to Galactic Solutions LLC. You retain ownership of your own device content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will recover a specific amount of storage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galactic Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
- You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
